Your Comments about current Educational system:
Syllabi given under current educational system for students I to XII are sufficient. Particularly from IX standard to XII standard in science subjects, in addition to questions, practical works must be given. It promotes their skills and Efficiency in practical and also help to increase their knowledge.
Is mark based evaluation is good enough to measure the students knowledge? If not what else do you recommend?
Mark based evaluation is not sufficient to measure the depth of knowledge. We must give importance to personality development among the students. New methods and techniques to be followed to increase their understanding capacity. We have to increase the answering capacity for numerous questions within a short period without error.
Other than academics, what else the students has to learn from teachers as well as from school environment?
Besides teaching, we must preach the moral values to be followed in their life. Classroom is the place where the teachers can make the students better citizens of our nation. Teacher is a ladder on which the students can move always upwards to achieve in their life that will benefit the society and they are also well placed and honoured.
What a teacher has to do to become a role model or Favourite teacher to a student?
1.A teacher must have a depth of knowledge in his subject
2.He must explain any concept in simple terms.
3.They must be correct in his classroom activities and must give chance to the students to come to the stage to talk about a chapter
4.They must be flexible and easily approachable
5.They have to clear all the doubts at any time in the subject
6.They have to help in increasing their analytics and synthetic mind and helps to avoid inhuman activities
Will you encourage alumni meet to be conducted in schools every year? What value addition can it make?
Alumni meetings are to be held in their schools and colleges to rethink their good old friendship and highly valuable to them to exchange their views with regards to their past periods of study. By this event, some persons may get better job opportunities or abroad chances
